My only issue is when you're in the light you become fully colored instead of having shading.

Yes, I mention the directional material lighting in the GitHub readme. I might upgrade the player capsule to do that cell rendering, including how Link's back turns orange when he's near a torch. But unfortunately it requires some shader coding, and I want to keep the project simple.
