0.4a Release, Final Content Patch

The 0.4a release is out! This is the last major content patch for a while.

0.4a Release Notes:

• You can now place blocks over ledges directly in front of you.
• You can use a custom player skin, modifying playerSkin.png in the Definitions folder.
• Added Cloud blocks, which can be placed in the air. These now show up in the default biomes.
• Various bugfixes, optimizations, and graphical improvements
